The years of experience in the cultivation of the land as well as the meticulous work have shown that for the best possible result its harmonious expression and respect for its natural cycles is necessary. These are the principles that help us to maintain and even enhance the biodiversity in the area. Due to the avoidance of chemicals, medicinal plants, edible grasses, endives, radishes, wild rocket, wild asparagus and shrubs such as myrtle and oleander. These plants form the habitat, where they coexist with insects, bees and small wild animals. Flora and fauna therefore coexist and reinforce each other.
At the same time, we get unique olive oils, with complex aromas and multifaceted aromas, intensity and stability.
Irrigation
Drip, precise and sufficient amount needed by each tree and avoiding water wastage, water footprint control in the olive grove
Fixation of Hydrocarbons
In our olive groves, the natural flora of the soil is preserved, in which the pruning residues are also deposited. Actions are taken that maximize the carbon balance in the field, such as using our own vegetable oil for machinery as opposed to commercial oils. Additional formulations are used after soil analysis and foliar diagnostics, therefore the necessary amount is given and thus minimizes the carbon footprint of our crops.
